About the Author
Jerry Crandall has been studying WWII history since he first saw a captured German aircraft that was touring the United States on a bond drive in 1945. At that early age of only 10 years, his fascination was peaked to study the 'enemy' plane.
Over the years, Crandall has gathered thousands of rare photos and documents all dealing with WWII aircraft primarily those that flew with the German Luftwaffe. Here in this series, Crandall shares his extensive collection.
